摘要 探讨了在一定的简化前提下，利用计算机模拟牛肉的冻结干燥过程，利用数值计算求解牛肉的冻干时间。 Under a certain simplified condition,computer was used to simulate the freeze-drying process of beefA satisfactory result was obtained in numerical computation of freeze-drying time
