摘要
学生教育制度作为一种学校文化现象,往往注重控制,而忽视制度建设的道德性,这不仅对校风和学风的建设有一定的消极影响,而且也不利于制度本身的发展。因此,应努力倡导学生教育制度建设的道德性,为学生的健康发展提供和谐的制度环境。
As a phenomenon of school culture, the system of school student education has a tendency to pay more attention to controlling than to the morality of system construction, which not only affects the school spirit and the style of study but also limits the system development itself. Therefore, we strongly advocate the morality of the system construction of student education so as to provide a harmonious system environment for student development.
