摘要
教学反思与教学重建作为校本教研的两种形式,分别发挥着不同的作用。当人们普遍关注教学反思时,却忽视了教学重建的价值。事实上,教学反思为教学重建奠定了基础,教学重建则为更高层次的教学反思提供了条件。教学反思与教学重建异形同构,校本教研才能健康发展。
Teaching reflection and reconstruction, two forms of school - based teaching and research, each play a different role. When reflecting on the teaching reflection, people generally ignore the value of reconstruction. In fact, teaching reflection lays the foundation for teaching reconstruction, and yet teaching reconstruction provides condition for a higher - level reflection. So long as teaching reflection and reconstruction promotes each other, school -based research may develop healthily.
