摘要
基础教育课程改革已进行了8个年头,面对当下的质疑、迷茫和疑惑,对基础教育课程改革的终极根据进行思索尤为重要。当前的基础教育课程改革的强制性已经超出了实践需要,变成了专横跋扈的强权化改革,改革嬗变成了全盘否定、先破后立、另起炉灶、重来一套的过程,在基础教育课程改革的过程中没有抓住问题的主要矛盾,致使越改问题越多。基础教育课程改革应该是一个古今中外、融会贯通、继承发展的过程,应该从问题入手,抓住主要矛盾,通过对主要矛盾和突出问题的解决来推动次要矛盾和一般问题的解决。
After eight years of the curriculum reform in the basic education, it is of great importance to ponder its ultimate goals in the face of the current query, confusion and puzzle. The current curriculum reform in the basic education has gone beyond the mandatory practice, and has become an imperious and despotic reform, in which reforming is carried out in a process of a wholesale repudiation, a setting - up after breaking, a fresh start, or a rearrangement, which keep the major contradictions off the field and leads to more problems. The curriculum reform in the basic education should be practiced in a unique process of digest and succession by starting with problems concerned and by settling the major contradictions and problems to promote the solutions of the minor contradictions and problems.
