多层螺旋CT仿真内镜技术在鼻咽癌诊断中的应用

Application of multi-slice helical CT Virtual Endoscopy in diagnosing nasopharyngeal cancer

目的研究多层螺旋CT仿真内镜技术（MSCTVE）在鼻咽癌诊断中的应用价值．方法；对46例鼻咽癌患者进行MSCT扫描后进行CTVE成像，并与纤维鼻咽镜结果进行对照．结果；MSCTVE与纤维鼻咽镜符合率达84．8％，可清楚显示鼻腔内肿物的位置、大小及范围。结论：多层螺旋CT仿真内镜技术（MSCTVE）可较好地显示鼻咽癌的位置、大小及范围等情况。

Objective：To discuss the clinical application and value of multi-slice helical CT Virtual Endoscopy in diagnosing nasopharyngeal Cancer. Methods 46 patients with nasopharyngeal cancer were examined by multi-slice helical CT Virtual Endoscopy, and flexible endoscopy（FE）, and the results were compared. Results The consistency of findings between MSCTVE and FE was up to 84.8% ,MSCTVE could clearly show the size, morpha and location of the tumor. Conclusion MSCTVE can clearly show the location , size and morpha in nasopharyngeal cancer.
