Probing into the Evaluating Index To Be Used Universally on Decision model in Economic Management

认为任何一个经济管理决策问题都必须满足技术先进、经济合理、实施可行、政策允许四类准则，这样就可将ＡＨＰ法提供的层次结构模型改进为一种通用经济管理决策模型，并举例说明。

Any problem concerning decision in economic monagement must have four rules: advanced techniques,rational economics,feasible implementation and permission in policy.Thus the hierarchy structure model of AHP may be improved into a decision model commonly used in economic management.Some examples are also presented and explained.
