努尔哈赤时期的后金社会没有系统的成文法典,社会秩序主要依靠部落的习惯法来调整,这些习惯法比较粗糙、原始,但是却行之有效,覆盖了社会生活的各个方面。通过仔细分析当时具体案例,可以清楚的看到前封建社会的法治状况,清朝前期社会法制发展的脉络,探究出清朝一些特色法律的源流。

During the period of Nurhachi, the social primitive, but highly effficient.Through analyzing those order was mainly adjusted by unwritten laws which were rough and specific cases thoroughly, one can figure out the development of Manchuria legal system and also explore the origin of some characteristic laws in Qing Dynasty.
