摘要
人民法院民事调解制度的完善有利于发挥其在构建和谐社会中的作用。人民法院民事调解受传统诉讼观念的影响在和谐社会发展中也存在一定的弊端,需进一步完善。因此,应引入适合当前我国国情的民事诉讼法原则。
To improve and perfect the civil mediation system of people＇s court can enhance its function in constructing a harmonious society. Affected by the traditional lawsuit, the civil mediation of people＇s court has certain malpractice that needs improving and perfecting. Therefore, appropriate principles of procedure law should be recommended.
