摘要
目的:观察蒙医温针对运行性疲劳大鼠行为学及脑组织中单胺类神经递质含量的影响。方法:采用21d力竭游泳方式制作运动性疲劳模型,用温针刺激"顶会""心穴",测定大鼠行为学、下丘脑脑组织中单胺类神经递质含量的变化及蒙医温针的治疗作用。结果:在造模第7d、14d、21d,温针组力竭游泳时间延长,与模型组相比有显著性差异(P<0.05,P<0.01,P<0.05)。温针组悬尾不动时间缩短,与模型组相比有显著性差异(P<0.05,P<0.01,P<0.05)。与正常组相比模型组去甲肾上腺素(NE)、5-羟色胺(5-HT)、多巴胺(DA)含量降低,而蒙医温针治疗可使以上指标趋于正常。结论:蒙医温针通过降低运动性疲劳大鼠脑组织中单胺类神经递质含量减少而起到治疗作用,这可能是蒙医温针抗疲劳的作用机制之一。
This paper analyzes the effects of Mongolia medical warm acupuncture on the behaviors and contents of monoamines transmitters in hypothalamic tissues of rats with a chronic fatigue. The fatigue model was established after 21-day's exhausted swimming. The warm acupuncture was then used to stimulate "Dinghui" and "Xinxue" to observe rats' behavioral change, concentration of monoamines neurotransmitters in hypothalamic tissues, and therapeutic effects of Mongolian warm acupuncture. On the 7th、14th and 21th day of the experiment, the exhausted time of the warm acupuncture group were prolonged. Comparing with the model group, the exhausted time of the warm acupuncture group was significantly longer (p〈0.05,p〈0.01,p〈0.05). The duration of tail-suspension immobility in the warm acupuncture group was significantly shorter (p〈0.05, p〈0.01, p〈0.05). Comparing with the control group, the contents of NE、5-HT and DA of hypothalamus tissues in the model group were all significantly lower, while the above mentioned 3 indexes in the acupuncture group were tend to be normal. We believe that Mongolia medical warm acupuncture works by reducing the contents of Monoamines Transmitters in Hypothalamic Tissues of rats with a fatigue behavior.
