新红花-8味丸治疗过敏性紫癜临床研究

Clinical Treatment of Allergic Purpura with Xin Hong Hua-8 Pill

目的:观察总结新红花-8味丸为主蒙药结合西药治疗过敏性紫癜的临床疗效。方法:观察组95例,给予新红花-8味丸为主加以常规西药治疗;对照组96例,用常规西药治疗;治疗过程中仔细观察记录两组在皮肤紫癜,消化道症状,关节症状,血尿、蛋白尿消失情况及肾脏损害、皮肤紫癜反复例数等。结果:①观察组总有效率明显优于对照组(P<0.05);②两组中观察组肾型的有效率明显优于对照组(P<0.05),其他各型的有效率无显著差异(P>0.05);③两组皮肤紫癜消褪时间,腹痛消失时间、便潜血消失时间观察组明显优于对照组(P<0.05),两组关节症状消失时间无显著差异(P>0.05),在治疗过程中出现肾损害的发生率无显著差异(P>0.05),血尿转阴率观察组明显优于对照组(P<0.05),蛋白尿转阴率无显著差异(P>0.05),皮肤紫癜反复率明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:新红花-8味丸为主蒙药结合西药治疗过敏性紫癜疗效优于单纯西药疗效,证实了新红花-8味丸对过敏性紫癜有显著疗效。

In this study, we observed and identified the joint therapeutic effects of Xin Honghua-8 Pill, a Mogolian medicine, and Western medicine, on treating allergic purpura. To investigate the effects, 191 patients were randomly divided into 2 groups： the test group and the control group. 96 patients in the control group had a regular western medicine treatment, while 95 patients in the test group having the pill plus regular western medicine treatment. Clinical effects on skin purpura, digestive syndrome, hematuria, protein urine arthrosis syndrome, were observed. Results are as follows 1）the total effective rate of the test group is much higher than that of the control group（P〈0.05）; 2） the effective rate of kidney type in the test group is significantly better than the control group, with other types having no statistical difference （P〉0.05）; 3） in the test group, skin purpura subside time, stamochake, and excrement submerge blood are all better than that in the control group, though there is no statistical difference in arthrosisake. During the treatment, the rate of kidney damage had no statistical difference （P〉0.05） in two groups. Negative rate of hematuria was better than the control group （P〈0.05）, with no statistical difference （P〉0.05） between the two groups in the negative rate of protein urine. The rate of skin purpura recur in the test group was significantly decreased, compared with the control group. We believed that the Mongolian medicine Xin Honghua-8 Pill can work with Western medicine to raise the therapeutic effects on treating allergic purpura than a single drug treatment. Experimental results also show that Xin Honghua-8 Pill has a laudable therapeutic effect in treating the AP.
