摘要
从系统性的角度出发,采用动态规划方法建立了在多阶段投资决策的远洋渔船编队优化网络模型,在模型中考虑了有限投资范围内优选船型方案的各种船队组合,并结合世界当前的渔业生产环境给出了计算实例,其结果可供有关企业及部门投资时参考.
A multi stage investment decision model of planning fleet for deep sea fishing vessels is established on the basis of dynamic programming in view of system theory.The possible combinations of planning fleet of optimal ship types are taken into account for limiting investment and the model and a computing example is given considering the situation of world fishing production.
