摘要
利用刀具状态多个特征参数的信息互补,根据模糊理论建立刀具状态识别模型,并根据模糊统计法确定刀具状态与监控参数之间的模糊关系.最后结合原始功率信号的几个特征对刀具状态进行识别.对试验数据的测试表明,这种方法能有效提高刀具状态识别的正确率.
Using multi complementing information of many monitoring indices can help to increase the accuracy in tool condition recognition.The development of fuzzy sets theory provides a promising method for solving multi information integration strategy.In this paper,the approach work of the tool condition recognition based on fuzzy sets theory is presented.
