摘要
中国现代性的建构已经经历了两个阶段:意识形态之争和发展生产力中心论。新一届党中央提出"以人为本"的科学发展观,标志着"以人为本"开始成为中国现代性建构的新的理念支撑。它的精神实质就在于以发展民主政治为切入点,追求人的全面发展。
Modern China Construction has gone through two stages ; the ideological struggles and center on the development of productive forces. The new party Central Committee “people-oriented” concept of scientific development, marked “people-oriented” China has become the modern construction of the new support concept. Its essence lies in the development of democracy as a focal point, the pursuit of com- prehensive development.
