摘要
介绍了三种有机电光聚合物体系:分散红(DR1)和聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯(PMMA)的掺杂型体系、DR1与聚酰亚胺(PI)掺杂型体系、DR1和PMMA侧链型体系.描述了用它们制备光波导的过程.用导波法表征聚合物波导薄膜的光学特性,并分析了它们在有机电光器件制备方面的应用前景.
Three organic electro optic polymer systems are intruduced. They are DR1/PMMA, DR1/Polyimide guest host systems, DR1/PMMA side chain system. The process of fabricating channel waveguides is described. The optical characteristics are demonstrated by optical waveguiding technique. The application prospects of these systems in fabricating electro optic devices are analyzed.
