摘要
采用聚酰亚胺为母体聚合物,分散红为发色团,制成了掺杂型有机聚合物光波导.并用升温电晕极化方法使波导薄膜获得宏观二阶非线性效应.通过导波法和紫外可见光谱法测量,计算出波导材料的电光系数,并分析了极化驰豫情况.
Organic polymer optical waveguides are fabricated with a guest host system formed from polyimide and Disperse Red 1. The bulk second order nonlinear optical susceptibility of waveguide films is created by corona onset poling at elevated temperature. The electro optic coefficient is obtained by optical waveguide technique and ultra violet and visible spectrum. Birefringence relaxation is used to measure the decay of poling induced order.
