摘要
分别用射线分析法和电磁场分析法,通过保角变换在直角坐标系下研究ARROW(AntiresonantReflectingOpticalWaveguide)型弯曲波导特性,导出了其模色散方程(本征模方程).经优化设计的ARROW型弯曲波导结构,使TE0模的损耗降至为0.0329cm-1.
Using ray analysis and electromagnetic field analysis the mode dispersion equation (eigenmode equation) of guided wave in a curved antiresonant reflecting optical waveguide (curved ARROW) is derived on rectangular coordinates through conformal transformation. By these methods the optimum design of the curved ARROW structure is made with low propagation loss.
