摘要
采用二元光学方法,理论上可以对发光二极管光束进行任意形状的修正.针对要求在频谱面上得到均匀、圆对称的光强分布,介绍了用作整形的二元光学元件(BOE)的设计、优化、制作过程,并用计算机完成了各种模拟计算.根据计算结果,制备了一块具有0,π位相的BOE,测试结果很好地与预先要求相符.
By means of binary optical techniques, one can modify the source of the light emitting diodes (LED) to arbitrary beam shapes. For converting a LED beam into a uniform beam with circular support a procedure is presented for designing,optimizing and manufacturing BOE, and the authors perform kinds of simulated computing with the aid of a computer. A two phased (0,π) element is manufactured and the results agree well with our demand.
