激光在中国妇产科领域中的应用和进展

Laser Application and Advance in Gynecology and Obstetrics in China

回顾了激光在中国妇产科领域中开展２３年来的应用和进展概况，其大致可分为三个阶段：（１）激光汽化切割阶段；（２）弱激光诊治阶段；（３）激光内腔治疗阶段．目前激光诊治有效的妇产科病种有３０余种．激光可用于妇产科的诊断；可治疗妇科生殖道许多表浅的疾病；可治疗盆腔、腹腔和宫腔内的疾病．探讨了弱激光治疗有效的机理．

The brief review of laser application and advance in OBS/GYN field in China since 1974 is introduced. It could be devided into 3 periods: Laser excision and photovaporization; Diagnosis and therapy of OBS/GYN diseases with low power laser; The therapy of intracavity diseases by laser irradiation. It is proved that more than 30 kinds of gynecological diseases could be treated effectively by laser. Laser could not only used in diagnosis but also in therapy. It could treat superficial diseases of female genital tract and the abdominal, pelvic and intrauterine cavity diseases as well. Low power laser treatment studies not only the effectiveness and reliability in clinic, but also the mechanisms of effectiveness and safety in laboratory. The application of laser in OBS/GYN field is expected to have good prospect in China.
