摘要
对傅里叶变换红外光谱在蛋白质二级结构研究中的应用进行了简介.通过对蛋白质红外光谱的酰胺带的考察,证明傅里叶变换红外光谱法与二阶导数谱、去卷积及曲线拟合等数学处理方法相结合是研究生理状态下蛋白质二级结构的一个有效手段.
FT IR study on secondary structures of proteins is reviewed briefly. The examination of the amide bands of proteins,concludes that FT IR spectroscopy combined with secondary derivative spectrum, deconvolution, and curve fitting is an effective method for studying secondary structures of proteins in physiological state.
