β1,4-N-乙酰半乳糖胺转移酶的表达调节及其在检测肿瘤微转移中的应用研究
摘要
β1,4-N-乙酰半乳糖胺转移酶是糖基转移酶的家族成员之一,它是神经节苷脂GM_2、GD_2以及糖脂GA_2合成的关键酶。目前,动物模型研究结果表明,该酶在神经组织的维持与修复、精母细胞的分化以及白细胞介素-2受体复合体的调节等方面具有重要的作用。它在许多恶性肿瘤组织和细胞株中表达增加,与肿瘤的发生发展密切相关,近年来,应用该酶检测肿瘤微转移已经引起肿瘤学界的重视。
