摘要
目的 了解护理与临床医学专业大学新生对未来职业的认同情况,为加强大学职业认同教育提供依据。方法 用Brown设计的《职业认同感问卷》进行问卷调查。结果 被试问方差分析结果表明,不同性别、专业、学校的学生职业认同感存在显著差异。回归分析发现,专业独立地解释了职业认同感变异的16.7%,其次为学校类别(9.0%)和性别(7.5%)。结论 要针对不同专业、学生性别和不同学校情景特殊性对学生进行职业认同感教育。
Objective To investigate the professional identity of new nursing and medical students. Methods A survey was conducted with professional identity scale created by Brown. Results There were significant differences among groups of different gender,major and school.Major had explained 16.7% of total variance,school for 9.0% and gender for 7.5% respectively. Conclusion Education of professional identity should be taken to students with different major,different gender and different school.
