摘要 规范电力设计、提高设计及管理水平,有效地缩短设计周期,已成为每个电力设计单位增强企业竞争力的重要手段。论文研究与开发了基于GIS的配电线路辅助设计系统,该系统以配电网地理信息系统为平台,研究了如何利用数字高层模型获取高层信息,从而实现设计线路平断面图的自动绘制;并通过数据库将线路和杆塔的属性信息、空间信息及相关的设计参数有机的结合,实现配电线路设计与管理的统一。 Standardizing electric power design, advancing the level of design and management and shortening the periods of design effectively have already become important measures of strengthening the competitive ability in each electric power designing enterprise. In the paper, distribution line aided design system based on geographical information system was researched and developed . This system is based on the platform of distribution network geographical information system, and it researched how to use the digital elevation model to obtain the elevation information, accordingly, it implements the profile diagram and ichnography of the designed distribution line drawn automatically. At the same time, it integrated the characteristic information, the spatial information and the designed parameters of the distribution line and the telegraph poles by using the databases, consequently, it has made the combination between the design and the management of the distribution line come true.
