中药肾区渗透并常规治疗复发性紫癜肾72例疗效观察

72 cases curative effect observation of filter traditional Chinese medicine at kidney section with general treatment about recidivity purpuric nephropathy

目的:调查分析反复发作性紫癜肾常规治疗加中药外敷渗透治疗效果。方法:把中药微细化和液化处理,装袋加醋浸泡后外敷于两侧肾区,用药物导入仪促使药液进入人体。并用一般常规治疗。结果:完全缓解26.4%,大部分缓解36.1%,有效21%,本组有效率83%。结论:中药的外敷渗透治疗效果明显,值得进一步研究探讨。

Objective：Diagnoses about treatment effect of traditional Chinese medicine＇s outside application with general therapy about recidivity purpuric nephropathy. Methods：After traditional Chinese medicine grain refining and fluidify, put it into bag and add vinegar to dip in. Then outside apply at bilateral kidney section. Use medicine guide machine urge liquid of medicine into human body. Add general therapy.Results：Complete remission 26.4%, great part remission 36.2%, efficiency 21%, efficiency of current group 83%.Conclusion：Great effect of filter traditional Chinese medicine＇s outside applying treatment. This therapy is good for more research and explore.
