阴道超声引导下子宫输卵管声学造影的应用价值

Clinical application evaluation of sonohysterography through translational ultrasound

目的:探讨超声造影术在子宫输卵管疾病诊断中的价值。方法:在实时阴道超声引导下,利用超声声学造影剂,观察子宫腔及输卵管的超声图像。结果:95例病例中,70例进行了输卵管通液术,其中,输卵管通畅35例(50.0%)、输卵管欠通畅18例(25.7%)、输卵管不通畅17例(24.3%),检出25例子宫内膜病变。结论:阴道超声引导下子宫输卵管声学造影安全有效、方便易行,是一种集检查、诊断、治疗于一体的影像学方法,有较高的临床价值。

Objective：To discuss the diagnostic value for utero-tubal diseases by use of sonohysterogyaphy. Methods：In the model of real-time scan of transvaginal sonography,proceed hyseerosalping-ography and patency test using ultrasonic cout fast media to observe the utero-tubal ultrasonographic images.Result：Of 95 cases,70 eases underwent tubal sonohysterigraphy with 35 cases of patent oviduct（50%）,18 eases of less patent oviduct（25.7%）,1 7 eases of occluded oviduct（24.3）,30 cases of endometrium iesion.Conclusion：Transvaginal saline contrast sonohysterography is an esay,accurate, economical and noinjury technigue,has higbly clinical value.
