膜片钳与单细胞RT-PCR技术相结合应用于神经细胞研究的进展 被引量:1

摘要 膜片钳与单细胞RT-PCR技术相结合应用于神经细胞的研究,从电生理学和分子生物学角度揭示了神经细胞功能活动与结构之间的相互联系,使单个神经细胞离子通道的生物物理学和药理学特性得以表现,同时可以在同一细胞筛选出特异性的mRNA表达。目前,这两种技术的结合已有多方面的应用,并取得了重要的进展。
