HPLC法测定龙胆泻肝片中栀子苷的含量

Content determination of jasminoidin in Longdan Xiegan Tablets by HPLC

目的:建立龙胆泻肝片中栀子苷的含量测定方法。方法:采用HPLC法测定,Shimpack VP-ODS C18(4.6mm×250mm,5μm)为色谱柱,乙腈-水(13∶87)为流动相,检测波长为238nm,流速为1.0ml/min。结果:栀子苷线性范围0.1024￣0.7168μg;平均回收率为99.58%,RSD为1.24%。结论:HPLC法可以用于龙胆泻肝片中栀子苷的含量测定。

Objective： To establish a method for determining jasminoidin in Longdan Xiegan Tablets. Methods： The column was Shimpack VP-ODS C18（4.6 min×250 mm, 5 μm）. The mobile phase was acetonitrile-water （13：87）. The flow rate was 1.0 ml/min. The detective wavelength was 238 nm. Results： The linear range was 0.102 4-0.7168 μg. The average recovery was 99.58% with RSD of 1.24%. Conclusion： The method can be used for the content determination of jasminoidin in Longdan Xiegan Tablets.
