注射加结扎治疗Ⅱ～Ⅲ度直肠脱垂的临床观察

Clinical observation of combined surgical therapy in the treatment of rectal prolapsel

目的:观察注射加结扎方法治疗Ⅱ～Ⅲ度直肠脱垂的临床疗效。方法:选取符合Ⅱ度或Ⅲ度直肠脱垂诊断标准病例23例,采用消痔灵注射加直肠黏膜多点结扎法治疗,术后随访1～2年。结果:23例均一次成功治愈。结论:此种方法治疗直肠脱垂疗效高,复发率低,是治疗Ⅱ～Ⅲ度直肠脱垂的理想方法。

Objective：To observe the curative effect of combined surgical therapy in the treatment of rectal prolapsel. Methods： 23 eases of rectal prolapsel were treated with the combined surgical therapy, followed up for 1-2 years. Results： All cases were cured after the operation. Conclusion： The procedure is a promising method for rectal prolapsel with good therapeutic effect and less relapse.
