为了适应医学模式的转变,我院从1997年以来开展整体护理工作,对286例急性心肌梗死病人从病人的生理、心理、社会全面评估病人的情况,应用护理程序进行评估、诊断、计划、实施及评价。病人情绪稳定,积极配合治疗,减少了并发症的发生,降低了死亡率。病人出院后能坚持服药,定期复查,降低了复发率。
