The Petri Net Modelling and Performance Indices Estimation of CERNET

构造了ＣＥＲＮＥＴ的性能指标评估Ｐｅｔｒｉ网模型，并据现有的统计资料得出了模型的具体参数．提出了一种计数禁止弧的新概念，并给出了它的一系列基本性质．最后，通过对Ｐｅｔｒｉ网模型的求解，给出了未来中国教育科研网的几个重要的性能指标．通过对性能曲线的分析。

For the Chinese Education and Research Network (CERNET), this paper presents its Petri net model. According to the statistic figures of Chinese universities, the Petri net model parameters are calculated. A new concept of accountable inhibit arc and some of its performances are given here. Some important performance indices of CERNET are also given in this paper. The results of performance indices analysis can provide an important theoretical basis for the building and melioration of CERNET.
