宫颈上皮内瘤变164例分析

The Study of 164 Cases with Cervical Intraepithelial Neoplasia

目的探讨阴道镜活检对宫颈上皮内瘤变的诊断价值。方法对2005年1月～2007年8月在我院门诊因宫颈病变行阴道镜活检,病理诊断为CIN者164例的年龄分布情况进行分析,并对其阴道镜拟诊和活检病理结果进行比较分析。结果CIN的发病年龄趋向年轻化;CIN的敏感度为62.2%,CIN的特异度为23.8%,其中CINⅡ、Ⅲ特异度为99.2%。结论阴道镜活检明显提高了CIN的检出率,明确CIN的程度有利于其进一步处理。

Objective To evaluate the diagnostie value of eervieal intraepithelial neoplasia with colposcopic directed biopsies. Methods Through Jannary 2005 to August 2007, 164 cervical intraepithelial neoplasia cases were diagnosed by eolposeopie directed biopsy pathology hecause of cervical lesions. An analysis was conducted about their age distribution, correlation between eolposcopie impression and colposcopic biopsy. Results The average age of cervical intraepithelial neoplasia tended to youngers. Cervical intraepithelial neoplasia sensitivity was 62.2%, and its specificity was 23.8%, yet cervical intraepithelial neoplasia Ⅱ, Ⅲ specificity was 99.2%. Conclusion with eolposeopic directed biopsies, cervical intraepithelial neoplasia＇s detection was significantly improved. cervical intraepithelial neoplasia lesions were confirmed to be advantageous to their next step approach.
