摘要
建立了汽油机燃烧室沉积物处未燃碳氢生成和氧化模型,测量了有、无燃烧室沉积物时发动机排气中的碳氢摩尔浓度.实验结果表明:沉积物的存在将增加发动机碳氢排放量,在本实验用机及实验条件下,沉积物将使发动机排气中的碳氢摩尔浓度增加20%~30%.
In this paper, a model is established to predict the formation and oxidation of unburned hydrocarbons in the presence of deposit in the combusition chamber of gasoline engines. The concentration of exhaust hydrocarbons in the presence as well as absence of combustion chamber deposit is measured. The experimental results show that deposit in combustion chamber will increase engine out hydrocarbon emissions. In the condition of the test engine experiments, combustion chamber deposit increases 20~30 percent of engine out hydrocarbon emissions. The calculation results show good agreement with the experimental ones for hydrocarbon emissions produced by combustion chamber deposit.
