Application of the Posterior Calot's Triangle Approach in Laparoscopic Cholecystectomy

目的探讨后三角入路在腹腔镜胆囊切除术中的应用。方法在400例腹腔镜手术中应用后三角入路分离胆囊管,切除胆囊。结果400例手术成功392例,中转8例,胆管损伤2例。结论后三角入路LC是一种安全容易掌握的手术方法。

Objective To explore the application of the posterior calot＇s triangle approach in the laparoscopie eholeeysteetomy. Methods The bile ducts were separated and the gallbladders were reseeted by the posterior calot＇s triangle approach in 400 cases of the lapaoseopie eholeeysteetomies. Results Of 400 cases, 392 eases were successful, 8 cases were converted to open choleeystectomy and bile ducts of 2 cases were damaged. Conclusion The posterior Calot＇s triangle approach LC is a safe and easy operative method.
