内外侧入路克氏针“8”字张力带固定治疗肱骨髁上骨折

Study of Cross Kirschner Tension Band Fixation through Exterior and Interior Approach for Humeral Supracondylar Fracture

目的探讨肘关节内外侧切口入路交叉克氏针双"8"字钢丝张力带内固定治疗肱骨髁上骨折的疗效。方法采用肘关节内外侧切口入路,克氏针张力带内固定治疗肱骨髁上骨折,并随访观察术后效果。结果26例均获得随访,时间8～24个月,平均16个月。均在6个月内骨折愈合,并取出内固定。肘关节功能恢复正常24例,关节曲伸功能轻度受限2例。结论肘关节内外侧切口入路交叉克氏针双"8"字钢丝张力带治疗肱骨髁上骨折,操作简便,手术创伤小,肘关节功能锻炼早,功能恢复快,值得推广。

Objective To study the effect of cross Kirschner wire tension hand fixation through elbow joint exterior and interior incisal opening for hnmeral supracondylar fracture. Methods The patients of humeral supracondylar fracture were treated with cross Kirschner wire tension hand fixation through elbow joint exterior and interior incisal opening and followed-up the results after operation. Results 26 cases of patients were followed up for 8 to 24 months（ 16 months on the average）. All the fractures were healed and the internal fixation was taken out of in 6 months. There were 24 cases which got complete elbow joint functional rcovery and 2 cases got mild motion limitation in flexion and extension. Conclusion The treatment is comenient and its surgical trauma is very small with cross Kirschner wire tension hand fixation through elbow joint exterior and interior incisal opening for the hnmeral supracondylar fracture. The elbow joint permits early functional exercises. The method is worth re.commendation.
