农村宗族械斗是农村社会机体的一个毒瘤,它与当今社会和谐发展的主题格格不入,背道而驰。防范和化解农村宗族械斗的治本之策是要正确引导和规范宗族组织活动,疏通追求正当利益的渠道,完善农民正当权益保护机制,引导人们用合法手段追求利益和解决纠纷,以大大降低社会运行中的摩擦成本,这对构建和谐农村具有重要意义。

Fighting among clans is an evil in the countryside, which deviates from harmonious development. The countermeasures against it are as follows-guiding and regulating the organizations held by clans, perfecting the safeguard mechanism for the farmers＇ legitimate rights and interests, leading them to settle conflicts by means of legal methods, which is very important for building the harmonious countryside.
