摘要
洪堡时期,教学与科研在内源上的一致性,使得柏林大学的教学与科研关系在学校、教师和学生三个层面都达到了较好的和谐统一。在高等教育大众化时期,大学教学与科研的传统功能和取向已得到极大的拓展,应对大学教学与科研关系进行多维理解。本世纪初我国高等教育逐步进入了大众化发展阶段,然而许多非研究型大学在外部制度环境的影响下依然固守"讲授与研究高深学问"的传统,成为导致当前大学教学与科研的实然关系发生扭曲的主要原因。以政府和学校为主体,分类进行制度重建,是理顺大学教学与科研关系的关键性举措。
During the Humboldt period, the intrinsic unanimity of teaching and scientific researches made Berlin University more harmonious and unified at the levels of university, teachers and students. At the stage of higher education massification, the traditional functions of teaching and scientific researches got great broadened, so we should comprehend the relationship between teaching and scientific researches multidimensional. At the beginning of this century, Chinese higher education has entered the stage of massification gradually, hut many non--research universities stick to the tradition of "teaching and doing research of profound knowledge" which was influenced by the outside regulations and circumstances and which became the major cause of the misrepresent relation between the teaching and scientific research of universities at present. Being the main parts, the government and university respectively reform the regulations under different classifications which are the most crucial measures to coordinate the relation between the teaching and scientific researches of universities.
