论运动竞赛中“正义行动”的道德理由

ON THE MORAL REASONS FOR “RIGHT ACTIONS” IN SPORTS CONTESTS

如同整个人类生活一样,在这运动竞赛生活的具体情境中,生活之价值存在于当事者的行动中。通常,人们抉择行动的理由的来源有3:①习俗或惯例;②自身利益和③道德根基。道德理由之优越于其他两方面的依据在于它的3个特点:①现实利益冲突的恰当解决;②“为每个人着想”和③“至善于对等”。以道德理由为根基的行动就是“正义行动”。

In a concrete situation of sports contests, as in all of life, the values of life exist in human actions. Generally speaking, the sources from which an agent draws reasons lor his or her actions are the following three: 1) conventions and customs) 2) self-interest and 3) moral basis. Moral reasons are better than other reasons owing to their three characteristics ; 1) appropriate resolution to interests conflicts in practical life; 2) 'meant for every body' and 3) 'for the good of everyone alike'. An action based on moral reasons is what we call 'right actions.
