摘要 综述了鱼类苏氨酸营养生理的研究进展,涉及苏氨酸的营养生理功能,鱼类对苏氨酸的需要量,评价鱼类苏氨酸需要量所采用的指标,饲料中苏氨酸缺乏和过量对鱼类生长的影响,以及苏氨酸与其它营养素之间的相互关系。 In this paper, the recent advances in threonine studies are presented, including its main metabolism path, physiological function, requirement and value indexes for fish, threonine deficiency and excess symptoms in fish, and its relationships with other nutrients in fish.
