Molecularly Imprinted Polymers and Their Application to Solid-Phase Extraction

摘要 综述了分子印迹聚合物(MIPs)的制备原理、方法及其在固相萃取中的应用现状,特别分析了聚合物制备条件和工作条件对MIPs识别性能的影响,最后提出了改进MIPs性能需要进一步研究的方向。 In this paper, principle and methods for the preparation of molecularly imprinted polymers(MIPs) and their application to solid-phase extraction are reviewed, the effects of the conditions selected during the preparation and appl search directions for ication of MIPs on their recognition properties are especially discussed. Finally, future re improvement of MIPs are proposed.
