摘要
在职的年轻教师以及在学的高师学生都是跨世纪的教师和接班人。体育是教育的组成部分,除了忠诚教育事业,还要有一批具有走向新时期教育变革研究能力的教师。
The in-service young teachers and the university students at present are ready to enter the 21th century. Therefore it is important to train their ability in scientific research and help them adjust to the educational reform in the new century.
