摘要
目的:探讨开发护理人员优势,提高护理工作满意度的方法。方法:在护理人力资源管理过程中引入LIFO管理系统,评估护理人员的优势和人生目标,科学地进行护理岗位定位,建立更有绩效的团队合作类型,达到护理人力使用的最佳状态。经医院8个病区的实践应用,采用前后对照的方法评估实施效果。结果:引入LIFO管理系统前后护理人员工作满意度调查比较有显著性差异(P<0.05);患者及其家属对护理工作满意度调查比较,22项调查结果中有14项有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论:通过引入LIFO管理理念,使护理管理者更好地了解自己和下属的风格与优势,建立更有绩效的团队合作类型,帮助护理管理者有效领导不同风格类型的下属,减轻护理工作压力,以适应目前护理人力资源不足的局面,降低人员成本支出,提升护理服务水平。
Objective: To discuss the advantages in the development of nursing staffs and the methods to upgrade the degree of satisfaction in nursing care. Methods : The management system of life orientation (LIFO)was introduced to nursing personnel resources management. The assessment was made in individual superiority and aim of life of nurse in order to position nursing post and set up a cooperative team scientifically and effectively and obtain the optimal ntilization in nursing personnel resources. The comparison of the effect was made according to the results of clinical application of the management system in 8 wards. Results : There was significant difference in the comparison of the degree of satisfaction of patients and their family members at nursing care before and after the introduction of LIFO management system ( P 〈 0.05 ) ; the significant differences were also found in 14 items of all 22 items of investigation ( P 〈 0. 05). Condusion : Nursing administra- tors can know their nursing staffs well by LIFO theory, which benefits for establishing an effective team and relieving nurse pressure so that the quality of nursing care can be more improved.
