和爽在结肠镜下电灼息肉前肠道准备中的效果观察

Observation on the effect of oral administration of polyethylene Glycol-electrolyte powder in bowel preparation before electrosection of polyps by colonoscopy

目的:探讨和爽(复方聚乙二醇电解质散)在结肠镜下电灼息肉前肠道准备中的应用效果。方法:将200例结肠息肉患者随机分为口服和爽组和清洁灌肠组各100例,比较两组肠道清洁效果、不良反应发生情况。结果:口服和爽组肠道清洁效果优于清洁灌肠组,不良反应发生情况低于清洁灌肠组,两组比较均有极显著性差异(P<0.01)。结论:对结肠息肉患者行结肠镜下电灼息肉前给予口服和爽清洁肠道,可保持肠道正常生理功能,且清洁效果佳,不良反应发生少,使用方便,清洁快速。

Objective ： To explore the effect of oral administration of polyethylene Glycol - electrolyte powder in bowel preparation before electrosection of polyps by colonoscopy. Methods： Two hundred patients were randomly divided into oral administration group （n =100） and enema group （n =100）. The comparison of the cleanness effect and adverse reaction was made. Results ： The effect of oral administration of polyethylene Glycol - electrolyte powder was better than enema in cleaning colon and adverse reaction was less in oral administration group （ P 〈0.01 ）. Conclusion： Oral administration of polyethylene Glycol - electrolyte powder can maintain patient＇s normal physiological function of intestine with expected cleanness of colon and less adverse reaction. The method is simple and fine.
