电梯导轨直线度和扭曲度检验系统的研制 被引量:8

摘要 为了解决电梯导轨直线度和扭曲度检验中需要的直线和角度基准问题,采用十字线激光束和图像处理技术开发了电梯导轨直线度和扭曲度检验系统。激光源固定在导轨的一端,移动光靶在导轨上移动并在指定位置摄取十字线激光束图像,图像经处理后获得十字线交叉点坐标和横线倾角。介绍了移动光靶的设计方法和交点坐标和扭曲角的计算方法,并对由扭曲产生的误差进行修正。用波长658nm的激光器、640×480pixel摄像机,光靶分辨率为0.05566mm/pixel,在5m处摄取50frame图像,标准偏差横向为0.0223mm、纵向为0.00830mm和角度为1.17′。实验结果表明,采用该方法的电梯导轨直线度和扭曲度检验系统,结构简单,操作方便,测量准确。 In order to provide the line and the angle references required in inspecting process for elevator rail, a straightness and twist degree inspecting system using cross laser beam and image processing was developed. A laser source had been fixed at one end of the rail,an image target was being moved along the rail and laser images were taken at scheduled points. The coordinate of the cross point and the angle of the level line of the images were detected by image processing. The error caused by twist was corrected. With a camera (640×480 pixels and 0. 055 66 mm/pixel as resolution of the target) at distance of 5 m and 50 samples,the standard deviation is 0.0223 mm for x,0. 00830 mm for y and 1.17′ for angle. Experimental results show that the straightness and twist degree inspecting system for elevator rail based on this method is simple in structure,easy to operate and precise in inspection.
