摘要
通过从资源配置效率的角度来研究CIO制度,认为CIO的主要职责就是对于信息资源的有效配置。提出了组织信息资源配置的内容及其原则,确定了CIO制度的内容以及相关因素之间的关系。指出基于资源配置的CIO制度应该包括:CIO的组织架构、决策机制、沟通机制以及针对CIO的选拔机制、考核机制和激励机制。
This paper researches on the CIO mechanism based on the efficiency of resource allocation. The authors consider that the key duty of CIO is the effective allocation of the information resources. The paper puts forward content and principle of information resource allocation, confirms the content of the CIO mechanism and the relationship of relevant factors, and figures out the CIO mechanism based on resource allocation should include: organizational structure, decision - making mechanism, communication mechanism and selecting mechanism, appraisal mechanism and incentive mechanism.
