摘要
通过对锰硫比不同的试样进行各种温度的热处理试验,研究试样的晶界状态、奥氏体晶粒度、金相组织、力学性能及断口等与温度的关系,经综合分析得出此钢种的过热过烧起始温度。建议此钢种的轧制加热温度应该在1 250℃以下保温3 h。
Through the heat treatment examination for samplings with different manganese-sulPhur ratio at various temperatures, the relationships between the temperature and the grain boundary, the austenite grain size, the metallographic structure, the mechanical ProPerty, the fracture, etc, for samplings have been studied, and the initial super- heating and overfiring temperature of this steel has also been obtained by means of comprehensive analysis. It is surPosed that in course of rolling, the heating temPerature of this steel shall be below 1 250 ℃, and this temPerature shall be hold 3 h.
