摘要
分析了造成大吨位操作机钳臂断裂的原因。对钳头部件进行了重新设计、改造,在钳臂与滑套连接处增加了连杆机构,改变其运行轨迹,也改善了其受力状况。
The reason why the tong arm of the manipulator with large tonnage breaks has been analyzed. Therefore, the tong head has been redesigned and reconstructed, and linkage mechanism is added at the connection between the tong arm and sliding sleeve, which changes its running track, and improves its force status.
