明确提出"党员主体地位",是中国共产党的又一重大理论创新,具有重大的理论意义和实践意义。坚持和尊重党员主体地位,必须切实保障党员的民主权利,牢固树立党员主体的意识,确立党内平等理念,关心爱护党员,并不断提高党员自身的民主素养。

It is another major theoretical innovation of the CPC to clearly state ＂the principal status of the members of the CPC＂, which is of great theoretical and practical significance. In adhering to and respecting the principal status of the members of the CPC, we must guarantee the democratic rights of the members of the CPC, firmly establish the sense of the principal status of the members of the CPC, develop the concept of intra-Party equality, care for the members of the CPC, and constantly improve the democratic quality of their own.
