改革开放以来,我国的民生问题得到了极大的改善,但随着经济社会的发展变化,当代中国的民生问题又显露出了新的内涵和突出矛盾。高度重视民生,不断改善民生,既是党和政府的义务,也是党和政府的责任。我们要在科学发展观指导下,加快推进社会建设,着力改善教育、就业、收入分配、社会保障等重大民生问题。
