摘要
由于成本、时间、质量的相互约束关系,在项目生命周期的不同发展阶段,需要对三者的相对重要关系做出权衡,把模糊综合矩阵模型和层次分析模型相结合,来判定他们相对权重以及各风险因素可能发生的概率,及其对成本、时间和质量的不同影响。最后得出各风险因素的综合风险损失,进行排序及划分风险等级。从而可以对确立项目过程中的风险主题进行动态的过程风险的监控管理。
Because of the binding interaction of cost, time and quality, we need to weigh the relative interaction of the three factors in the different stage of the project life cycle. The AHP along with the knowledge of fuzzy math is introduced to balance the different weight vectors of cost, time and quality and to analyze the probability of different risks and their disparate effects on the three factors. By calculating the synthetic effects of each risk, the ranking of them is made and the level is clear by using ABC analysis method. Thus we can get the theme of risk management of different stage, and carry on dynamic supervision and control the risk of the project.
