高效液相色谱法测定千金保孕丸中黄芩苷的含量

Determination of Baicalin in Qianjin Baoyun Pills by HPLC

目的：建立千金保孕丸中黄芩苷的含量测定方法。方法：采用Agilent Hypersil ODS（4．0mm×250mm，5μm）色谱柱，流动相为甲醇-0．4％磷酸（43：57），流速为1mL·min^-1，检测波长为280nm。结果：黄芩苷在（7．23-115．68）μg·mL^-1范围内，具有良好的线性关系（r=0．9999），平均回收率（n=6）为100．6％，RSD=0．58％。结论：本方法简单、准确，可用于千金保孕丸的质量控制。

Objective： To develop an HPLC method for determination of baicalin in Qianjin Baoyun Pills. Methods：The chromatographic column was Agilent Hypersil ODS（4.0 mm × 250 mm,5μm）. The mobile phase was methanol-0.4% phosphoric acid（43：57）. The flow rate was 1 mL·min^-1 and the detection wavelength was 280 nm. Results： The linear range of baicalin was within （7.23 - 115.68 ）μg·mL^-1（r=0.9999）, the average recovery for baicalin was 100.6%, RSD was 0.58%. Conclusion： This method is simple, accurate and could be used for quality control of Qianjin Baoyun Pills.
