摘要
目的:建立千金保孕丸中黄芩苷的含量测定方法。方法:采用Agilent Hypersil ODS(4.0mm×250mm,5μm)色谱柱,流动相为甲醇-0.4%磷酸(43:57),流速为1mL·min^-1,检测波长为280nm。结果:黄芩苷在(7.23-115.68)μg·mL^-1范围内,具有良好的线性关系(r=0.9999),平均回收率(n=6)为100.6%,RSD=0.58%。结论:本方法简单、准确,可用于千金保孕丸的质量控制。
Objective: To develop an HPLC method for determination of baicalin in Qianjin Baoyun Pills. Methods:The chromatographic column was Agilent Hypersil ODS(4.0 mm × 250 mm,5μm). The mobile phase was methanol-0.4% phosphoric acid(43:57). The flow rate was 1 mL·min^-1 and the detection wavelength was 280 nm. Results: The linear range of baicalin was within (7.23 - 115.68 )μg·mL^-1(r=0.9999), the average recovery for baicalin was 100.6%, RSD was 0.58%. Conclusion: This method is simple, accurate and could be used for quality control of Qianjin Baoyun Pills.
