Determination of Indirubin in Shengxuexiaoban Tablets by HPLC

目的：应用高效液相色谱法测定升血小板片中靛玉红的含量，控制该制剂的质量。方法：采用HPLC法，色谱柱为Kromasil C18柱（4.6mm×250mm，5μm），流动相为乙腈-水（53：47），检测波长290nm。结果：靛玉红线性范围（0．3028-3．028）μg，平均加样回收率为97．4％，RSD=0．7％（n=6）。结论：该法操作简便易行、准确，可用于升血小板片的质量控制。

Objective： To develop a HPLC method for determination of indirubin in Shengxuexiaoban Tablets. Methods： Kromasil C18 （4.6 mm ×250 mm, 5 μm） column was used with acetonitrile-water（53：47） as mobile phase, and the detection wavelength was set at 290 nm. Results：The linear range was （0. 3028- 3.028）μg for indirubin （r=0.9997）,the average recovery was 97.4% and RSD was 0.7% （n=6）. Conclusions：The method is simple, reliable, and accurate for the determination of indirubin in this preparation.
